Perpetrators of crimes are not only committed by adults, but children can also commit crimes. Regarding the understanding of children who commit criminal acts or who are in conflict with the law, it is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In Law No. 11 of 2012, children who are convicted in the juvenile justice system receive guidance at LPKA.
