Basically, prisoners and children who take part in the assimilation and integration program are not truly free, but they are under supervision and guidance outside the institution by the Penitentiary (Lapas). LPKA II Samarinda, East Kalimantan. is a special fostering institution for fostered children who have been guilty of a judge's decision and committed a crime

Perpetrators of crimes are not only committed by adults, but children can also commit crimes. Regarding the understanding of children who commit criminal acts or who are in conflict with the law, it is regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In Law No. 11 of 2012, children who are convicted in the juvenile justice system receive guidance at LPKA. One of the most important coaching for children as a provision for life when they later return to society, it is important for students to get entrepreneurship education through "Entrepreneurship Education for Correctional Students in Correctional Institutions, LPKA SPECIALLY FOR CLASS II SAMARINDA CHILDREN" coaching program at LPKA Samarinda
