HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN IKLIM KERJA DENGAN KINERJA GURU SMAN SE-KECAMATAN BALIKPAPAN UTARA

Abstract

The objectives of the research is to study about the relationship between the headmasters leadership behavior (X1) and work environment climate (X2) with the performance of teachers (Y).
The research was conducted at public senior high shcool in Balikpapan Utara with 114 sample taken with Stratified class Random Sampling technique.
The results of this research indicated that there were positive corellations between :
1) The headmasters leadership behavior (X1) with the performance of teachers (Y).
2) The teachers work environment climate (X2) with the performance of teachers (Y).
3) The headmasters leadership behavior (X1) and work environment climate (X2) with the performance of teachers (Y).
