Abstrak

Competence is the overall of knowledge, value, and attitude which are reflected in thinking and acting habit. Competence represents an integration of cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric, or in more operational definition, graduate competences are mastery and ownership of knowledge, which can be applied in life (skill) with noble behavior values (attitudes).
