HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI GURU DENGAN PRESTASI KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI TENGGARONG

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study the relationship between the teachers’compentecy and teachers motivation with the work achievement of teachers in SMP
Negeri Tenggarong regency.The study was conducted in Tenggarong regency with 67 respondent derived from the teachers of SMP Negeri in Tenggarong regency selected by
using proportionale random sampling. The results of the research indicated that there were positif and significant relationship between: (1) the teachers’compentecy and the teachers’
work achievement, (2) the teachers’ motivation and the teachers’ work achievement (3) the teachers’compentecy and the teachers’ motivation with the work achievement of the teachers
of SMP Negeri in Tenggarong regency.
