The 2019 report from the Kupang City Environment and Cleanliness Office highlights the need for proper waste management practices and proper disposal facilities. The Banjarmasin City BLHD and the LKB foundation collaborate with educational institutions to establish waste banks, focusing on waste reduction, sorting, utilization, recycling, and conservation. Kutai Kartanegara University is introducing its Students’ Community Service (KKN) to address the waste management issue in Bukit Biru Village. The government of Bukit Biru is launching an initiative to establish a waste bank, involving students as active participants, to increase community awareness and socialization about refuse management. Qualitative descriptive research was used to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that the use of microteaching helped Islamic Religious Education students' PPL success, but there are several things that need to be improved and developed. (1) Efforts should be made to synchronize microteaching materials, methods, and practices with the conditions and needs of learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong, (2) the feedback provided during microteaching should be improved and clearer so that students can improve their teaching skills, and (3) the variety of microteaching practices can be expanded not only on teaching practices but also on other activities such as counseling guidance, development, and training.</em></p> Laqifa Shiela Amanda Nurasikin Winda Darmayanti Nur Sehan Mukmin Copyright (c) 2024 Laqifa Shiela Amanda, Nurasikin, Winda Darmayanti, Nur Sehan, Mukmin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-08-15 2024-08-15 3 1 9 26 10.53640/pioneer.v3i1.1588 Pengaruh Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Terhadap Pembentukan Identitas Keislaman Siswa Di Ma Ppkp Ribathul Khail Tenggarong https://ejurnal.unikarta.ac.id/index.php/jpm/article/view/1599 <p><em>This study aims to explore the influence of the implementation of character education programs on the formation of students' Islamic identity at Ribathul Khail Tenggarong Islamic Senior High School (MA PPKP). The research method used was quantitative with a pre-test and post-test research design using a questionnaire instrument developed and adapted to the research context. The research sample consisted of 100 students from MA PPKP Ribathul Khail Tenggarong. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate a significant influence between the implementation of character education programs and the formation of students' Islamic identity. A well-implemented character education program at MA PPKP Ribathul Khail Tenggarong has a positive contribution to improving students' understanding of Islamic values and strengthening their Islamic identity.
