PENINGKATAN PROFESIONALISME GURU AL QUR’AN MELALUI PELATIHAN STANDARISASI GURU AL QUR’AN

Abstract

This article is a report on the implementation of Al-Qur'an teacher standardization training activities. The purpose of implementing community service in the form of standardization training for Al-Qur'an teachers is that teachers and prospective Al-Qur'an teachers understand the material to the Al-Qur'an and Al-Qur'an teaching strategies. This training involved 95 Al-Qur'an teachers. The standardization of Al-Qur'an teacher training is: 1) The teacher's motivation to carry out Al-Qur'an teacher learning activities greatly increases after participating in this training, (2) The teacher's understanding of the Qur'an and Al-Qur'an teaching strategies greatly increases through activities that are bombed directly by instructors who are already professional, and (3) participants who comply with the standards get shahadah (standardized pass), while those who have not passed know the mistakes that must be corrected by the participants.
