PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR INSPEKTORAT DAERAH KABUPATEN KUTAI BARAT

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource development, work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the Inspectorate of West Kutai Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used is the Civil Servant of the Regional Inspectorate Office as many as 45 respondents. The results showed that HR development had an effect on employee performance with a partial t-test of 2.158, so t-count > t-table or 2.158 > 2.020, and significant results 0.037 <0.05, so from the t-test results it was obtained that Ho was rejected. Work Discipline has an effect on employee performance with a partial t-test of 5.165 then obtained t-count > t table or 5,165 > 2,020 and significant results are 0.000 <0.05, so from the t-test results it is obtained that Ho is rejected. The work environment has an effect on employee performance with a partial t-count test of 3.009, so it is obtained t-count > t-table or 3.009 > 2.020, and significant results are 0.004 <0.05, so from the results of the t-test, it is obtained that Ho is rejected. Simultaneously with the F test, it is known that the calculated F is 18.583 and F table df1 = 3, df2 = 41 with a significance level of 5% is 2.83 meaning Ha is accepted if F arithmetic > F table (18.583 > 2.83) or a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 or Ho is rejected. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the number of Adjusted R Square 0.545 or 54.5% of employee performance is influenced by human resource development, work discipline and work environment and the remaining 45.5% is influenced by variables.
