HUBUNGAN SUPERVISI PENGAJARAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SDN No. 013 PALARAN

Abstract

This research aimed to know whether there was a correlation between teaching supervision and teachers’ work motivation of SDN No. 013 Palaran. The population in this research was all teachers of SDN No. 013 Palaran. The total
number of population was 21 teachers and these 21 teachers were taken taken all as the sample of the research. In collecting the data, closed questionnaire was used and the data were analyzed by using product moment correlation. The
signification used t test. The result of the research showed that there was a correlation between two variables through the acquirement of the value of t was 6.128 was bigger than the value of t table. The value of r product moment was
0.815. The hypothesis was accepted, so there was a significant correlation between teaching supervision and teachers’ work motivation of SDN No. 013 Palaran.
