HUBUNGAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN SUPERVISI KLINIS DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SD NEGERI DI KECAMATAN LOA KULU

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the relationship among the headmasters’ leadership and clinic supervision on the teachers’ working motivation in Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The study was conducted in SDs
Negeri in Loa Kulu district by 98 randomly selected respondents derived from the teachers at SDs Negeri in Loa Kulu District. The instrument of the study was questionnaires dealing with headmaster leadership, clinic supervision, and the
working motivation of the teachers. The techniques used to analyze the data are descriptive statistics, simple and multiple correlations, and simple and multiple regressions. The results of the study indicate that there is positive and significant
relationship among: (1) the headmasters’ leadership and the teachers’ working motivation (2) the clinic supervision and teachers’ working motivation; and (3) the headmasters’ leadership together with clinic supervision on teachers’ working
motivation.
