From analysis data result and discussion, the regression equality which is resulted is Y = 0,727 + 0,293 X1 + 0,631 X2. This matter explain that there is same direction relation, it means if happen the increasing on X variable, so will cause the increasing to the Y variable. However constant value (a) as 0,727 explain if X1 andX2 same with zero, so the sale’s turnover same with 0,727 or can be said if there is no cost variable and place so the sale turnover is 0,727.Correlation which is resulted according to R number is 0,865, this matter point that correlation between cost and place with sale turnover is really strong, because 0,865 number is upper 0,5 and approach 1, r = 1.R square number is 0,749 comes from 0,8652, it means 74,9 % sale turnover can be explained or influenced by cost and place variable. However the rest ( 100 % - 74,9 % = 25,1 % ) sale turnover is explained or influenced by the another causes like promotion, model, desaign and so on.Anova experiment result r F test, is got F arithmetic as 87,843 with significance level 0,000. However F table value with df1 = 2 and df2 = 59, is got value as 3,150, it means that F arithmetic > F table or 87,843 > 3,150, so that can be said that cost and place variable together be able to show its influence to the sale turnover or regression model can be used to predict the sale turnover and the first hypothesis can be accepted. The income of tourism and culture sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency, is the results which be gotten from Department of culture and tourism of Kutai Kartanegara Regency include hotel tax, restaurant tax and object and tourism location ticket retribution that exist in Kutai Kartanegara. The income of tourism and culture sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency is one of element from original income in Kutai Kartanegara. Meanwhile the original income of Kutai Kartanegara is gotten from income which dig from the certain sources in some places include territory tax, territory retribution, surplus from local company and wealth management result from other territory is separated and the other legitimated income. According to the experiment in the field. The result from the income and culture sector of Kutai Kartanegara as 3 years get decrease: Year 2001 as amount Rp. 2.794.084.935,45Year 2002 as amount Rp. 2.306.826.205,58Year 2003 as amount Rp. 2.101.356.647,56This case shows that the human source of tourism and culture in Kutai Kartanegara Regency still poor. The development of the property sector in Kotamadya Surabaya today shows considerable progress rapidly both in terms of the provision of facilities / infrastructure and in terms of the number of people working in the property sector. Marketing strategic concept Keegan (1996: 5) said the concept of marketing strategy is a major development in the history of marketing thinking, change the marketing focus of the customers or products to customers within the context of the broader external environment. The concept of companies marketing should be able to understand its consumers as a whole to progress and develop.Understanding consumers absolute treated in the era of information and increasingly fierce competition today. But to understand those consumers completely is not easy, because the consumer is very complex. The complexity of the consumer caused by the human factor that is their human needs and desires are unlimited, in addition influenced by external and internal conditions that result directly on their behavior.In general how consumers behave in the purchase is influenced by external and internal factors. The internal factor is a factor that is in the consumers themselves which include: motivation, learning, personality and self-concept and attitude. External factors include: culture and sub-cultures, social classes, social groups and reference groups and families. Consumer behavior are discussed in this study is the internal behavior of consumers housing Bumi Marina Emas. From anlysis result which is done so has been got Gross Pofit Margin in 2007 as many 22 % this value explain that every sale rupiah resulted gross profit as many Rp. 0,22 or operation cost which is comed out can be covered as many 78 % (100 % - 22 %). If compare with 2008, Gross Profit Margin as many 22, 97 % this value explain that every sale rupiah resulted gross profit Rp. 0,23 or operation cost which is comed out can be covered as many 77,03 %.The result of Net Profit Margin in 2007 which is resulted from Toko Rais as many 18,01 % that means net profit from every sale rupiah which is done as many Rp. 0,18 % (18,01 % x Rp. 1,-) or can recover sale basic cost and operation cost as many 81,99 % (100 % - 18,01 %). If compare with 2008, so Net Profit Margin increase 1,47 % because Net Profit Margin as many 19,48 %. Key Word : Profitability

The research result, Y = 2,849 + 0,629X1 + 0,111X2 + 0,255X3. The three independent variable which resulted positive symbol declare that every addition of 1 (one) independent variable unit will increase the dependent variable.R number which resulted is 0,602, means correlation or relation between education and training variable, leadership wisdom and job dicipline with the effectiveness of employees job is significant because number 0,602 is upper 0,5 or approach 1 ( r = 1 ). R square number is 0,36 means 36 % job effectiveness is influenced by education and training variable, leadership wisdom and job dicipline however the rest 64% is influenced by variable, such as compensation, work motivation, leader’s behaviour etc.Hypothesis experiment is known F table score is 2,72, means F arithmetic > F table or 2,75 > 2,72. So that the second hypothesis which is asked estimated together there is positive and significant effect between the quality of human resource factors to the effectiveness civil servant’s work at Kelurahan Timbau office can be received because the correctness has been proved.T experiment is known the three variable produce t arithmetic experiment > from t table experiment to the work effectiveness. According to the first hypothesis result which is asked, there is positive and significant effect between the quality of human resource factors to the effectiveness civil servant’s work at Kelurahan Timbau office can be received because the correctness has been proved. Analysis result has proven there is the effect and relation between two variables which are really strong, where incentive independent variable (X) and employees’ work spirit dependent variable (Y), From simple regression result can be known there is addition from each person or more than one as much: 0.166200466 (Y) +0.940442890 (X) = 1,106643356. Hopefully, not only the incentive distribution but also necessary to think about the other form which also can improve the spirit of the workers to be better at work, so that the working result that resulted will be better as well. Analisis Pengaruh Variabel Motivasi, Disiplin Dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara

Diketahui angka R Square adalah 0,670. Hal ini berarti 37% Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel independent. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 67% = 33%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.Standar error of estimate adalah sebesar 3,53 Sedangkan standar deviasi variabel Kinerja adalah sebesar 4,41. Karena standar error of estimate lebih kecil dari standar deviasi, maka model regresi ini lebih bagus bertindak sebagai prediktor kinerja daripada rata-rata kinerja itu sendiri.Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan responden 169 – 4 = 165 diperoleh F hitung 32,281 > F tabel 2,43. Oleh karena probabilitas jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka dapat dikatakan faktor motivasi, disiplin dan Iklim kerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kutai Kartanegara.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Direktif Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Proses Belajar Mengajar Guru Di SLTP Negeri 1 Tenggarong

Berdasarkan jawaban responden dan ditunjang dengan hasil analisis data di ata menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan direktif Kepala Sekolah SLTP Negeri I Tenggarong berhubungan dengan keaktifan guru dalam kegiatan proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan melihat kecenderungan 25 jawaban responden ( 50% ) menyatakan selalu, 19 jawaban responden (38%) menyatakan sering dan 6 jawaban responden (12%) menyatakan kadang-kadang. Dari jawaban responden tersebut terlihat bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah berupaya untuk meningkatkan kegiatan guru dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar.Demikian juga dalam hal pembagian tugas mengajar Kepala Sekolah selalu (28 jawaban responden atau 56%) memperhatikan latar belakang mata pelajaran masing-masing guru, 17 jawaban responden (34%) menyatakan sering dan 5 jawaban reponden (10%) menyatakan kadang-kadang. Hal ini dilakukan Kepala Sekolah agar guru dapat melaksanan tugas dengan sebaik-baiknya dan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

This research aim to study impact applies of decentralization of fiscal to local government performance done in local government in three provinces namely East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan. Performance measurement of Local government is applied by approach of balanced scorecard, where so far has not many researchers adopts the approach to be applied at organization of government. Result of research indicates that examination of each factor meter indicator Fiscal decentralization policy tax basis stipulating (X1) and stipulating of tax type (X2) applied indicator as fiscal policy, Meanwhile to measure service performance indicator is customer information system ( Y4) and customer client sigh system ( Y5) so that two this indicators becomes main meter of service performance. After done by analysis with Structural Equation Model ( SEM), Decentralization Influence of Fiscal (X) to performance service indicates that fiscal decentralization policy doesn't have an effect on in significant to service performance. Pengaruh Dimensi Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Pada Puskesmas Mangkurawang Tenggarong

Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah : Y = 0,897 + 0,241 X1 + 0,203 X2 + 0,307 X3 + 0,234 X4 + 0,124 X5. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang searah dimana setiap adanya penambahan satu satuan pada variabel bebas (X), maka akan menyebabkan kenaikan pada variabel tidak bebas (Y), dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Sedangkan nilai konstanta (a) yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 0,897 menyatakan bahwa jika X1, X2, X3, X4, dan X5, sama dengan nol, maka kepuasan konsumen sama dengan 0,897 atau dapat dikatakan jika tidak ada variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible maka kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,897. Hasil perhitungan uji F, nilai F hitung yang dihasilkan adalah 22,252. Sedangkan nilai F tabel dengan df1 = k = jumlah variabel bebas = 5 dan df2 = n – k – 1 = 104 – 5 – 1 = 98, diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,307, hal ini berarti bahwa F hitung > F tabel, sehingga dapat dikatakan variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty dan tangible secara bersama-sama mampu menunjukkan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen atau model regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi kepuasan pasien

Dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah yang lebih luas dan diterima sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2001 perlu disikapi dengan cepat oleh pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Kewenangan yang lebih luas dalam desentralisasi penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah menyangkut aspek-aspek administrasi, kelembagaan dan pengelolaan sumber-sumber keuangan harus segera direalisasikan, termasuk pengelolaan sumber penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan daerah. Sumber-sumber pendapatan potensi yang dimiliki daerah akan menentukan tingkat kemampuan keuangannya. Salah satu jenis pajak setelah pelaksanaan otonomi daerah adalah Pajak pengambilan bahan galian golongan C, yang pada akhirnya menjadi sumber pemasukan PAD bagi daerah Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara khususnya. The reaserch Regional Govermance Budget Analysis or (APBD) inKutai Kartanegara Regencyused data series Regional Govermance Revised Budget Analysis or (APBD-P) during 2010 until 2014. APBD-P was chosen becauseit has better accuracy prediction than the Regional Govermance Budget aproach or (APBD). The methods used descriptive analysis of APBD-P ratio. The results of RevenuesAnalysis showed that fiscal space conditions was diminishing,it’s mean flexibility of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to spending on activities priority was decreases. On the Government ExpendituresAnalysis, showed the Personnel Expenditure had increasing trend, especially since the Additional Income SupportPolicy (Kebijakan Tunjangan Tambahan Penghasilan) was appliedin2011. On the Financing analysis, deficit spending from many yearswas increasing although it’scovered byUnspent Funds At End Of Fiscal Years (Sisa Lebih Penggunaan Anggaran/SiLPA), it shows the weakness of the planning and implementation.Keywords: APBD, fiscal space, Personnel Expenditure

Analisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan Dealer Honda CV. Semoga Jaya Cabang Tenggarong

This study was the result of the development of the research model based on the result of scientific exploration through literature review and observations on the object of research. A series of observations carried out on the object of research which is dealer companies CV. Semoga Jaya Branch Tenggarong who have employee turnover level, which reached presentations 58.33% in one year period, but the focus that made this research is on the aspect of intention or a tendency of employees to leave the company (turnover intention). To measure the symptoms above data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis with organizational commitment independent variable(X1) and job satisfaction (X2). The results of such research is not discover the simultan relationships among variables with the calculated F value 0.058 and the value of F table 3,23. The next hypothesis is to identify the relationship partially through t test obtained the same results with no evidence of the hypothesis that by obtaining t value of 0.186 for the variable of organizational commitment (X1), and job satisfaction (X2) of -340. Then to regression equation generated through this research is Y = 3.378 + 0,028X1 - 0,076X2Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, turnover intention

Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kepribadian Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Guru SMA Pada SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong

The present study aims to determine the influence of motivation and personality on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong and to determine and assess the most dominant variable effect on the OCB. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong the target population was teachers who works in SMA Negeri 1 Tenggarong. The sample used for this study were 52 respondents to the techniques of data collection using questionnaires.Based on the results of research and data analysis, test the first hypothesis which states motivational effect on organizational citizenship behavior, acceptable. This is evidenced by the t value ? t table (2., 760 ? 2.008). Then the second hypothetical test that says personality affects organizational citizenship behavior is acceptable as evidenced by the t value ? t table (3.723 ? 2.008). As for the third hypothesis which stated motivation most dominant influence on OCB rejected. It is based on the calculation of correlations where the coefficients personality is 0.494 or 49.4% and the coefficient of motivation is 0.400 or 40% so that it can be explained that the most influential personalities of the Organizational citizenship behavior dominant.Keywords : Motivation, Personality dan Organizational Citizenhsip Behavior (OCB)

The main objective of this study was to find out what is the optimum amount of production to generate maximum profit contribution for the products produced by Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong. A series of observations carried out on the object of research is Ridho Utama glass and Aluminum shop in Tenggarong where the company is going to take maximum advantage of two combinations of product that the product stove door (A3) and the product of the wardrobe (A8) with the respective number of optimal production was 7, 1883 or rounded up to 7 units and 33.215 or rounded to 33 units to generate the maximum profit of Rp 65,314,580, - or with rounded figure was Rp 64.750.000, for the glass installation-time or process 3 (S3) and mounting rubber or poccess 4 (S4) respectively still leave time for 590.1001 minutes it indicates that the company can save time on the 3 and 4 respectively during 590.1001 minutes or can be totaled 1180.2002 or 19,67 hours for 3 months. Another case for products that have the status of non basic or value equal to 0 (zero) it means that other product is better not manufactured by the company because it does not produce the maximum profit. So universities are required to improve the quality of education that is able to produce excellent graduates in integrating the sciences with the value of ketagwaan, based on the implementation of education in harmony with incentives good Univercity Governance, integrated with personality coaching and academic network development, expected to improve the quality of managerial and university governance based on accountability, transparancy and efficiency with the framework of improving the quality of education that contribute to the development of national educattion and the realization of a hight competetive nation. The university of Kutai Kartanegara administration process related to the studens and the problems related to the administratative staff is study in this reseach. This reseach is intended to answer the problem ; first the level of student satisfaction to the university servics in terms of services expeywordienced with the expected service in accordance with the indicators of service quality. The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the influence Store Atmosphere, Location Stores and diversity of products on Consumer Purchase Decision Eramart and determine which variables are the most dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong.In data analysis, data analysis tools are used in accordance with the object of research to determine the amount of the Purchase Decision on Eramart is the model of multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 41 people. Based on the research results presented a summary as follows: 1.) From the calculation of F test shows that together X1, X2, X3 influence on purchase decisions (Y) as shown by F test (F test) amounted to 14.570 while F table at 4.078 then (F test) = 14.570> F table = 2.838 , then the hypothesis put forward unacceptable. To determine the suitability / accuracy of variable X to variable Y obtained R = 0.522 and determination coefficient R2 = 0.272, this figure shows the relationship was of variable X to variable Y. 2.) Store Atmosphere, Location Stores and diversity of products in simultants significantly influence purchase decisions on Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong, is evidenced by (F test) amounted to 14.570 larger than F table at 2.838. From the results of correlation can be seen that the variable Store Atmosphere partially no dominant influence on purchase decisions this is evidenced by t test -0.253 <t table 1,687. It can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study that the "Store atmosphere dominant influence on purchase decisions on Eramart Timbau In Tenggarong" rejected and not truth.Keywords: Effect of Store Atmosphere, Store Location, product diversity AndConsumer Purchase

This study aimed to analyze the interaction of socio economic characteristics in influencing patterns of food consumption by the typology of the area (rural and urban) and educational level of household head how the response changes in food consumption of households as a result of changes in prices and income (elasticity) that occurred in East Kalimantan Province.The analytical method used is descriptive and econometric analysis uses data Susenas 2015 with Linear Approximation of Almost Ideal Demand System models (LA / AIDS) were estimated by the Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) through the procedure of Generalized Least Square (GLS). The author conducted data aggregation to overcome bias selectivity using instrumental variables to address the simultanity bias price, quality effect and quantity premium. It also conducted a restriction symmetry, homogenity and adding-up in order to function in accordance with the theory of demand.In general, commodity prices have a significant effect on the level of consumption of commodity groups, although there are some variables that are not significant. Revenues proxy for general expenses are all significantly influence the level of consumption of food commodity groups. Generally, socio economic characteristics influence significantly affect the level of consumption, although there are some that are not significant. In general, the age of household head and the number of families does not significantly influence the level of household consumption. All commodity groups in general are normal goods and almost all commodity groups included in the category of necessities goods, except food groups of vegetables / fruits and cigarette groups are considered as luxury goods.Keywords: LA-AIDS, Elasticity, Rural, Urban, Socio Economic Characteristic

PENGARUH EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN PADA RUMAH MAKAN RAJA PISJO DI TENGGARONG

The purpose of this study is to investigate and assess the influence of sense (senses), feel (feeling), think (way of thinking), act (habits) and relate (linkage) on customer loyalty in Raja Pisjo restaurant in Tenggarong. This study used quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. Number samples are 75 people with the retrieval method by means of random sampling. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F and t test. The results of test calculations obtained F count F is 44.295 while the value of F table obtained a value of 2.21, it can be said that the variable sense (senses), feel (feeling), think (way of thinking), act (habits) and relate (affinity) jointly able to show its effect on customer loyalty in raja pisjo restaurant in Tenggarong.Based on correlation tables show that variables relate (linkage) has the most dominant influence on customer loyalty in Raja Pisjo Restaurant in Tenggarong namely at 56.3% followed by the variable act (habit) of 50.7%, the variable feel (feeling) 43.7%, variable think (thinking) of 36.6% and a variable sense (senses) by 21.4%, so that the second hypothesis is accepted.Keywords: Experiential Marketing, Customer Loyalty

The purpose of this thesis wanted to know and assess the level of Influence of Service Quality, Price and facility to Customer Satisfaction.Where the study was conducted in Hotel Fatma Tenggarong which is located on Jalan KH. Akhmad Muksim Timbau Tenggarong. This study is a qualitative research with descriptive design. Where variables are used more than one, then the analysis model used is a model of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The total of independent variable are 3 those are quality of service (X1), price (X2), and facilities (X3). Then the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y).This study took a sample of 76 people of the total population of the 96 people who performed during the month of August, 2014. So the authors took a sample daily average of 2-3 people who come to the Hotel Fatma Tenggarong. From the research results expressed that the statement of first hypothesis in the research which stated "that the quality of service, price, and the facility has a significant influence on Hotel Fatma Tenggarong’s consumer satisfaction" accepted because the truth was proved. It is strengthened by the results of the R number is 0.832. It is that the correlation between the variables of service quality, price, and facility to consumer satisfaction is a very strong relationship.Then the statement of the second hypothesis which states "that the variable quality of service has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at Hotel Fatma Tenggarong" acceptable. Based on correlation tables showed that the variable quality of service has the most dominant influence on customer satisfaction which is equal to 0.595 or 59.5% followed by the variable price of 0.577 or 57.7% and variable facilities 0.542 or 54.2%.Keywords: Facilities, Price, Satisfaction and Service Quality

Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya. 2) To know the factors that have influence on consumer satisfaction in buying Asia Tile products to gave an effort in increasing the volume of sales at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya. From the results of testing the hypothesis that F test as alpha with a significance level of 5% with a probability of error of 0.05 which is on all of the variables that the F ratio for 6466 and 0536 amounted to R means the first hypothesis is proven.Brand factor has dominant influence or significance to the consumer's decision to buy Asia Tile products in increasing the volume of sales at PT. Platinum Ceramics Industry LTD Surabaya, has proved it can be seen from the results of the statistic test, t test with a level of 95% (alpha 5%) and amounted to 3,738 t count> t table 1,943 (t> t table). The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of quality and service to customer satisfaction at refill drinking water depot Jaya Water Tenggarong and to know which variable has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction in drinking water refill depot Jaya Water Tenggarong. analysis model used for proving the hypothesis in this study is a quantitative analysis, the model of multiple regression analysis, the independent variable quality of the product (X1) and Services (X2). Then the dependent variable is customer satisfaction (Y). The regression equation generated through this research is Y = 4,278 + 0,444X1 + 0,287X2.In this study, researchers took population as an object of research is 30 respondents conducted during August 2014. From the results expressed that statement of the first hypothesis in the research which states that "The quality of products and services and the service has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction on Depo Jaya drinking Water in Tenggarong" is acceptable.Then the second hypothesis statement which the second hypothesis stated "That the variable quality of a product that has the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction on drinking water refill depot Jaya Water in Tenggarong" is acceptable because it proved to be true.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Quality of Products and Services

Pengaruh Strategi Promosi Terhadap Perkembangan Jumlah Debitur Pada PT. Adira Finance Di Tenggarong

The purpose of this study is to know and examine the magnitude of promotional effects consisting of advertensi, sales promotion, personal selling and publicity to the development of the number of debtors in PT. Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch. In an effort to maintain the viability of its business, the PT. Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch has the purpose of always trying to attract as many debtors as possible, because the debtor is the main source of income of PT. Adira Finance. But the fact that promotion that has been done as expected because the number of new debtors that can be obtained by PT. Adira Finance is far from the desired target. Achievement of the number of debtors who are still far from the target certainly could have a negative impact for the survival of the business of PT. Adira Finance in the future. This research is done by using quantitative method. Data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires and library research. The process of data analysis and calculation using multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test. The multiple regression equation as follows Y = - 322.222 + 5.248.X1 + 6.301.X2 + 6,611.X3 + 5,750.X4. The result of the multiple regression equation can be known (a) of 322,221 that if advertence, personal selling, sales promotion and publication variables are absent, the amount of debtors will always remain constant decreased by 322,221. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation ), obtained F count is 29,206, while value of F table obtained value equal to 3,11 this mean that (F valued 29,206> F table 3,11), so it can be said advertensi variable, personal selling, sales promotion and publication and simultaneously able to show the influence on the development of the number of debtors or can be said that the regression model built can be used to predict the development of the number of debtors in PT.Adira Finance Tenggarong Branch. Then the first hypothesis is accepted. Of the four partial correlation test results above shows the largest value of personal selling variables compared to other variables that amounted to 0.635 then followed by publicity 0.507, advertence variables of 0.484 and sales promotion variable of 0.190. The current problem at Nila Pak Ahmad fish farming business in Desa Sumber Sari is not yet able to determine the selling price of tilapia fish production with the amount of production cost incurred according to the calculation of accounting rule, because so far only based on the estimation and only compare the price Selling on another place based on the same product. So the business of fish cultivation Tilapia Pak Ahmad find it difficult to know for sure the benefits obtained with the truth. The data used are gross income, labor cost, operational cost and overhead cost for one year 2014. Analyzer used full costing with mark up method. Based on the calculation of the selling price of tilapia obtained from the sum of the cost of production known that the selling price of Nila fish in the cultivation of fish cage Pak Ahmad according to the analysis of Rp. 192, - / one fish while the selling price according to the owner of the cultivation business Pak Ahmad fish cage for this amount of Rp. 200 or there is the price difference amount Rp. 8 or Rp. 8,000 /one thousand fish.With the results of the above analysis, seen selling price applied business owner cultivation Pak Ahmad fish cage higher than the results of the analysis. Problems that researchers look at PT. Telkom Tenggarong Branch is the level of employee effectiveness is still not optimal. Particularly visible from the factors that cause in terms of a less conducive working climate, minimal work ethic and lack of running and frequent discipline of work. This is seen with the lack of initiative, awareness and responsibility of employees to the work, often delaying the work given from the employer so that work can not be completed on time, lack of cooperation in handling the job and many employees who do not work and are less obedient and Obedient to working hoursThis study uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples are 25 people with the method of taking by census. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using F test and t test.The result of F test calculation obtained F count is 45,343, while the value of F table obtained value of 2.76 this means that (Fhitung 45, 343> Ftabel 2.76) with significant value <0,05, so can be said organization climate variable, Work ethic and work discipline simultaneously able to show its effect on work effectiveness. Then the first hypothesis is accepted. From the three t test results above shows the partial correlation value of variable discipline of work is greatest compared to organizational climate variables and work ethic that is equal to 0.612 or 61.2%, so that the work discipline variable is the most dominant variable affecting the effectiveness of employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Tenggarong Branch. Pengaruh Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout Dan Interior Display Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik Di Tenggarong

The purpose of this research is to know and examine the magnitude of the influence of exterior factors, general interior, store layout and interior display of consumer buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong. This study uses quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples are 48 people with the method of taking by random sampling. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis test using F and t test.From anova test or F test, F arithmetic is 67,219, while the value of F table obtained value of 2.56 this means that (Fcount 67,219> Ftabel 2,56) so it can be said variable exterior, general interior, store layout, and interior Display jointly able to show significant influence on consumer buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong. This is reinforced by the result of the number R is 0.929. It is that the correlation between exterior variables, general interior, store layout, and interior display to consumer buying interest is very strong relation. The adjusted R square is 0.862. This means that 86.2% consumer buying interest can be explained or influenced by exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display variables, while the remaining 13.8% of buying interest is influenced by other causes. So the first hypothesis is accepted.Based on the correlation table shows that the general interior variables have the most dominant influence on buying interest in Toko Agung Jaya Elektronik in Tenggarong which is 0.635 or 63.5% then followed by store layout variables of 0.489 or 48.9%, exterior variables of 0.459 or 45.9% and interior display variables of 0.270 or 27%. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted. Keywords : Exterior, General Interior, Store Layout And Interior Display

Exploring Financial Performance Based On Profitability And Its Relationship Towards Stock Price Of Media Nusantara Citra For Year 2009-2013

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios towards stock price of PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC). The method of the study is descriptive and the data used for this study is from annual reports of the company from year 2009 until 2014. Based on the research results and the description above it can be concluded that there was no significant relationship indicated by ROA, ROE, DTA AND DTE towards the stock price of PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC). However, the results on Return on Asset and Return on Equity, indicated that there is a significant relationship between Return on Asset and Return on Equity towards the stock price of the company which can be shown through the t-count of 6.85603 for ROA and 4.22566 ROE, respectively, which is greater than the t-table of 3.182. Thus, Ha is accepted, and indicate that there is a significant relationship between Current Ratio and stock price of PT. PT. Media Nusantara Citra (MNC) Tbk. Ketahanan Pangan Tingkat Rumah Tangga Perkotaan Dan Pedesaan Di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara

Since household food security is one of the goals of economic, social and cultural development programs in Kutai Kartanegara, it is important to estimate the level of household food security. This estimation is done through various indices such as Aggregate Household Food Security Index (AHFSI). This index was first proposed by the FAO. Using this index, the present article tries to estimate the level of household food security in district Kutai Kartanegara 2015 are differentiated by urban and rural. The magnitude of the AHFSI index for 2015 is 65.67, where in urban areas it reaches 65.17 and in rural areas reaches 65.94. This means that in terms of household energy consumption on average, household food security within and relatively not much different. Since AHFSI is between 65 - 75, households in Kutai Kartanegara are on average included in the low AHFSI category, both in urban and rural areas. Households in Kutai Kartanegara in 2015 are categorized as follows: 48.59 percent are food-resistant households, 18.49 percent of vulnerable households, 1.28 percent of poor households, and 15.64 percent of food insecurity households with access to both physical and low economic access to adequate food. Percentage of food insecure households in urban areas that is more food resistant than rural areas. This is because households in urban areas have relatively good physical access and economic access compared to rural households. Keywords: Household Food Security, AHFSI, Urban, Rural

This research was conducted at the Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study aims to measure the level of public satisfaction with services that have been done by BPKAD Kukar. To measure the level of satisfaction is used Public Satisfaction Index as listed in the Ministerial Regulation No.16 of 2014. This study used 43 respondents consisting of various elements of both community organizations, business, and government. From the results of the study showed that the value of the Satisfaction Index showed good condition or with score average of 2.91 with 4 scale or equal to 69,69 with 100 scale. The value of IKM and IKM Conversion Intervals indicates that the Quality of Service in BPKAD falls into Category B with Good Service Unit Performance indicating that the quality of BPKAD Kukar service is in good categoryKeywords : Index of Public Satisfaction, Service

The competitiveness of local labor is the ability of local workers compared to migrant workers. Data analysis consisted of three activity flow which happened collectively that is data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion / verification. The results show that in positions top and midle management are mostly filled by migrant workers, while low management is mostly filled by local labor. On competitiveness indicator is obtained a description of the advantages as well as weakness of local workforce compared with migrant workers.Keywords : Local labor, Competitiveness

This research was to determine how much the Influence of the Factors that Affecting to the Consumer Purchase Decision on Dua Daun Mita Tea Shop in Tenggarong. Dua Daun Mita Tea Shop is one of the businesses that sell varians tasted of ice tea with price relatively affordable between Rp. 4000 rupiah to Rp. 7000.- but Teahouse not only sell ice tea, they alsosell capuchino, iced milo, etc. with almost the same price. Dua Daun Tea Shop is one of the growing business franchise in Tenggarong with a lot of demand because this product can be sell not only for old people but also for young people. This research used quantitative analysiswith multiple regression analysis. Thus the hypothesis proposed by researchers in this study are: “The factors of consumer perseption, Fairness of the brand, Product Quality has significant effect to the buying decision on Dua Daun Tea Mita Tenggaron” received because proven truth. The purpose of this research was to know how much the influenced of the Professionalism affect on Employee Work Itensity on Tirta Mahakam Mineral Water Company in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The study was conducted in September 2016,with the population data in September 2016 was 10 employees and the number of samples used in this study were 10 employees. The analytical tool used is simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with SPSS Program. The conclusion in this study that there is a significant influence between Professionalism with Work Itensity Employees at Regional Water Company Cooperative Tirta Mahakam. This research was to analyze the Working Capital Needs Analysis On two Building Stores, The object of this research are Stores Building Excitement on AM. Sangaji Street Rt.7 Number 34 and Building Stores Sukarame on Sukarame Streetnumber 142 Tenggarong. In Stores Building Excitement has 3 employees and Stores Building Sukarame has four employees, the two stores have opening hours are usually from 08:00 - 20:00 at night. Capital resources of both stores are from their own capital and they have no debts.The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of working capital needs in Stores Building Sukarame In Tenggarong and to answer the truth of the hypothesis that the researchers propose.In general the method used to calculate the amount of working capital needed is to first determine the amount of working capital requirements and the large amount of cash required minimum. Working capital needs can be determined by calculating the various product units sold minus the costs incurred. The result of this research that working capital need on Building Store Sukarame in 2016 higher than in the working capital need in 2015. Keywords: Working Capital Needs

This research was to analyze The Influence Of Quality Of Employee And Organizational Commitment To Employee Performance Of Secretariat Fire And Disaster Prevention Office Of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The results showed that the independent variables have a significant relationship or employee performance variable influenced by variable Quality Employees (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2). Then the first hypothesis stating that “Variable Quality Employees And Organizational Commitment Affects Employee Performance Secretariat Field At Fire Department And Disaster Mitigation Kutai Kartanegara Regency" accepted and proven truth.From the two partial correlation test results above shows the variable value of the highest quality of employees compared to organizational commitment variable, so that the variable of employee quality is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "Allegedly Quality Employees have a dominant influence on Employee Performance”. This research was to analyze The Influence of Online Store Beliefs to Impulse Buying (Consumer Purchase) Online at the Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong. The analysis tool used in this research is simple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.1 For Window, with population number 30 responden and sample number 30 responders. R value is 56% it means there is relationship between Online store beliefs variable to impulse buying. And R square value is 0,314 it means 31,4% consumer impluse buying affected by online store beliefs and 68,6% consumer impluse buying affected by another variable such us location, price, consumer perseption. From the research results it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Online Store Beliefs to Impulse Buying consumers online at Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong. Thus the hypothesis proposed by researchers in this study are: "That Online Store Beliefs significantly influence Impulse Buying consumers online at Duiphijab Store In Tenggarong" accepted and proven true. Analisis Dana Pihak Ketiga Simpanan Berjangka Pada Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Di Kalimantan Timur Setelah Adanya Penjaminan Dana Simpanan Oleh Bank Indonesia

The Research analysis of public savings on Rural Banks Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in East Kalimantan Region After The Guaranted Gevernment by The Bank Indonesia, to find out the effect of fundamental factors bank as measured using the CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity) ratio to changes the amount of deposits and interest rates in Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kalimantan Timur Region. CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity) ratios consists of capital as measured by Capital Adequacy Ratio(CAR), asset quality as measured by Non Performing Loan(NPL), management quality as measured by Non-interest Expenditures to Total Assets (NIETA), earnings as measured by Return on Assets(ROA), liquidity as measured by Cash to Assets(CTA). Research conducted in Kalimantan Timur Region is also used to find out if there are differences in the behavior of market discipline at the time of a full guarantee, IDR100 million guarantee, and IDR 2 billion guarantee. The results showed while guaranteeing full there was no fundamental factors influential to changes in bank deposits and interest rates, The Nominal Deposit Guarantee by Bank Indonesia and CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity) condition have an impact on the movement of public savings while the granting of IDR.100 million CAR(Capital Adequacy Ratio) and CTA (Cash to Assets) have significant positive effect to changes deposits and significant negatife to interest rates, and than NIETA (Non-interest Expenditures to Total Assets) , has significant negative to changes deposits and significant positive to interest rates, IDR 2 billion guarantee CAR(Capital Adequacy Ratio) and ROA (Return On Assets) have positive effect to changes in deposits and significant negative to interest rates. Market discipline occurs at the time of the granting of IDR.2 billion and is increasing at the moment of granting decrase to IDR.100 million , indicated by number of variables that has a significant effect to changes in deposit and interest rate. whereas when full guarantee market discipline does not occur.Keywords:Deposit guarantee, Interest rate, CAMEL (Capital,Asset Quality, Management, Earning and Liquidity), Deposits

This study aims to determine and analyze the elements of consumer behavior that is the attractiveness of advertising and the power of celebrity endorser which has a significant effect on brand image of Oppo brand handphone in Station Game Tenggarong Shop.From the analysis results can be obtained R Square correlation value of 0.148 or 14.8% which means that of the value of the variable contribution of advertising and celebrity endorser is weak.Influence celebrity endorser consisting of celebrity personality, famous and charisma effect on brand image, this can be seen from the value of t count variable of ad day attracted by 0,287 smaller than t table equal to 2,021 at 5% significant level, it is stated that hypothesis Which states the variable celebrity endorser significantly affect the brand image is rejected.Discussion of the first hypothesis of the proposal is the variable X2 ad attractiveness with interesting indicators, easy to remember and creative effect on brand image, it can be seen from the value of t arithmetic variable day draw advertising is 3.053 lebh large from 2.021 at 5% significant level, This states that the hypothesis that the variable of advertising attractiveness significantly affect the brand image is accepted. Abstract :The aim of this research is to know whether Pshycal Evidance and Life Style Influence Simultaneously on Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong, to know whether Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle Affects Partially To Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong and to know from both variables, which is the most dominant influence Customer Loyalty In Chanel Distro In Tenggarong. In the data analysis, in accordance with the object of research to determine the magnitude of the influence of Pshycal Evidance And Lifestyle to customer loyalty is with the model of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. Result of calculation of test of F (simultaneous correlation / together), obtained F count bigger than F table (Fhitung 25,227> Ftabel 3,13), so it can be said physical evidence variable and lifestyle simultaneously (able to show its effect on customer loyalty. Then the first hypothesis that "the variable of physical evidence and lifestyle have influence simultaneously to customer loyalty at Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" accepted and proven correctness. From both result of partial correlation test seen physical physics variable value which is bigger than its influence of lifestyle variable, so variable physical evidences is the most dominant variable influence to customer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis in this study "That the physical evidence variable has a dominant influence on customer loyalty in Chanel Distro In Tenggarong" received and proven true. Keywords: Physical Evidence, Lifestyle, Loyalty

Abstract:The problem of that the researchers observed at BAKPI University of Kutai Kartanegara was still pretty much a look of discontent of students will be given during this service both in terms of the problem of the Ministry administration and procedures procedures service at BAKPI as a complaint against the procedure that is convoluted, the absence of a settlement period of certainty, the requirement that the lack of transparency, and the attitude of staff BAKPI less responsive.From the discussion at length on the subject of Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) of the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara requirements are in less good and less satisfying students. Visible results of IKM 60.71 value which means the quality of service the Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara overall less nice. Of the eight indicators that there are five indicators that still need to be improved terms of service, i.e. the time of service, managing information, managing behavior and the handling of the complaints advice to get good value for less, whereas the rest get aced i.e. procedure of service, type of product and service competence of implementors.So the hypothesis put forward in the previous chapters, namely "that the level of satisfaction of students against the Ministry's Bureau of Administration, finance, planning and information (BAKPI) University of Kutai Kartanegara was still below expectations". proven accepted. Keywords: Student Satisfaction

Abstract:           In the District of Kutai Kartanegara sector of business that has great potential to be harnessed, that is the traditional musical instrument crafts "Ardi Laras". This is a very great opportunity attempts, because we know the Kutai Kartanegara region has a very high art culture among others dances, music, theatre, Kroncong music community they need roads and musical instruments. The purpose of this research is to find the location of the position of Traditional musical instrument Crafts quadrant ' Ardi Laras ', and CSF analysis to find out the factors of traditional musical instrument crafts victories.Based on the results of the research of the development strategy of SWOT analysis has been performed on the Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras ' position matrix on the strategy of aggressive on quadrant i. Then a strategy can be done that is to put forward the values of tradition, partnering with agencies and schools so that will add to the number of musical instrument production, improve product quality, and more enterprising introduce products.Further on the results of the analysis of the CSF (Crtical Success Factor) benchmark the success of Traditional musical instrument Crafts ' Ardi Laras’ is a.   Product safety of instrument design that made such timber should pay attention to the smooth so as not to injure the hand as well as the installation of a neat nails and other supporting materials. b.   For durability of a product that must be considered is the raw material used must be strong and not easily broken when used. c.    The similarity of price with the quality of the product provided it means Crafting Traditional Instruments ' Ardi Laras' more attention to comfort, security, durability, and design the product so that the price offered did not disappoint the consumer.Keywords: traditional music instruments, strategies, SWOT, CSF.

Abstract:Human resources which are needed is cost factor due to central to providing services in an organization .Any methods and its aims the organization was created based on the range of vision for the benefit of man and in the implementation of the mission is managed by human beings .Be a man of the main factor of a strategic part of all activities of the organization .The purpose of this research is to know the deployment of an officer at offices of head of subdistricts sebulu in Kutai Kartanegara regency. Then the kind of research that is used is identification descriptive of by the use of of a quantitative approach where is trying in giving a snapshot of the outline or explanation of the an accurate assessment of the areas that can be analyzed in terms of interprestasy and a detailed explanation of existing data shows that in an unsystematic manner based on obyektivitas which appeared to be or as they always have so as to give a picture in on totally objective criteria about the actual state of things of an object that is analyzed in terms of .The results of the study viewed from the side of dimensions expertise be on a level either by the percentage 78,05% and the average score 3.90 dimensions skills are on a level either by the percentage 63,03% and the average score 62,59% dimensions the level of education be on a level either by the percentage 72,22% the average score 3,61 dimensions physically be on a level either by the percentage 62,34% and the average score 3,12 and dimension experience of being on a level either by the percentage 76,22% and the average score 3,81.All are at intervals class good. Keywords: Analysis of Employee Placement

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a significant influence of cash turnover anda receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) and to analyze the dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong. The data used in this research is the financial report Employee Cooperation PDAM Tirta Mahakam namely profit and loss and balance sheet 2012-2016 period. Analyzer used is multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and coefficient of determination, t test and test f. The hypothesis is There is influence of cash turnover and receivable turnover to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Saving and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong and Variable receivable turnover have the ost dominant influence to the rest of business result (SHU) on Unit Business Savings and Loan Employee Cooperative Unit of PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong.The result of research shows that simultaneously cash turnover variabels and receivableturnover no effect on SHU on unit business saving and loan Employee Cooperative PDAM Tirta Mahakam In Tenggarong where the value of F arithmetic = 5,386 < F table = 19,000. The value of t test receivable turnover (X2) is 0,182 when compared with the test value of t cash turnover (X1) 0f 3,207 then cash turnover has an dominant influence on the rest of of business result.The number of R Square generated is 0,843, it shows that 84,3% of the remaining business result is influenced by cash turnover and receivable turnover. Abstract :The main objective of this research is to find out if any kind of timber production in Wood Carving Studio has reached the maximum profit. A series of observations carried out on the object of research, namely Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong in which Companies will get the maximum benefit from the product combination product i.e. 2 Ventilation (X 2) with the number of optimal production by as much as 100 units and Nameplate (X 3) and the number of optimal production by as much as 75 units. Maximum benefits will achieved Rp 16,525,000,-. For the cost of ulin wood or slack 1 (S1) and the cost of paint or slack 3 (S3) each still costs as much as Rp meyisakan,-2.5 million and Rp 75,000,-this indicates that companies can save costs on slack slack 1 and 3 respectively as much as Rp 2.5 million, -and Idr 75,000,-or can aggregate to Rp 2,575,000,-for 3 months. Unlike for products that have the status of non basic or value of 0 (zero) this means that other products better not manufactured by the company because it does not generate the maximum profits. Then the hypothesis has been put forward previously stating "that the production of Wood Carving Studio Effort in Tenggarong has been at the optimum point thus generating maximum profits" is rejected and not proven to be true. Keyword: Optimisation Of The Profits (The Application Of The Linear Programming Simplex Method)Â

The main objective of this study was to find out whether the production amount of CV. Salim Tailor In Tenggarong has been at the optimum point to generate maximum profit contribution and to know which type of products that generate maximum profit contribution from various products produced by CV Salim Tailor in Tenggarong.The research result is indicated that business well get maximal profit from product Pants (X1) with respective optimal production quantities are rounded to 24,4253 unit it’s mean that 24 unit plus 1 unit product on process productions 42,53% and also product PDL (X5) with respective optimal production quantities are rounded to 13,472% unit it’s mean that 13 unit plus 1 unit product on process productions 4,72% with the maximum profit Rp. 29.188.950 for 1 month.For the time of measurement and cutting or process 1 (S1) still leave time during 5,0833 minute, this is indicated that the company have a lost time on the process 1 for more or less 0,08 hours for 1 month. Abstract :Toko Station Game Tenggarong which is a branch of Station Celular Samarinda which serves the sale and purchase of mobile phones and accessories that are located on the lake Semayang RT.12 Kelurahan Melayu Tenggarong District. The goods are sold at Tenggarong Station Station Shop directly imported from jakarta and surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the variables of Store Image and Store Trust affect simultaneously to Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game In Tenggarong, to find out, Are the variables of Store Image and Store Trust partially influence on Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game Di Tenggarong and to know, Among the independent variables are the variables which have the most dominant influence on the Consumer Loyalty At Station Stores Game In Tenggarong? From both result of partial correlation test above seen value of Scitra variable of store bigger influence than store trust variable, so store image variable is the most dominant variable influence to consumer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "That, Variable Image of Stores Which Has The Dominant Influence On Consumer Loyalty At Station Game Stores In Tenggarong" in accepted and proven truth. Abstract :Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PT Tri Mandiri Selaras is a showroom company of Daihatsu cars equipped with authorized workshops for routine checks and maintenance as well as vehicle engine repair customers who are located on Aji Lake RT.05 Malay Village Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The number of employees working on PT Tri Mandiri Selaras are 26 people divided into 7 people mechanics, 6 administrators, 4 sales people, 2 office boys, 2 cashiers, 1 person, 1 head marketing and 3 human resouch developmen. The study was conducted in April 2018, the population data available in April 2018 was 25 people and the number of samples used in this study were 25 people. The analysis tools used are multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t test with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. The results of F test calculations (simultaneous correlation / joint), variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2) simultaneously affect employee work discipline. Then the independent variables have a significant relationship or employee discipline variables influenced by the variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2). From both result of partial correlation test above seen the biggest punisment variable value compared to reward variable, so the punisment variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee work discipline.  Abstract:This aim of this study was to find out the effect of the effectiveness distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program on the performance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia of Tenggarong Sebarang Branch. The instrument used to assess bank performance is a questionnaire. The sampling technique with the full sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Product Statistics Program and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows. The results of the study showed that the effectiveness of the distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program was the positively response, is that very good. Respondents' responses to the performance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tenggarong Sebarang Branch tend to be positive, which is very good. The effectiveness of Small Businnes Loan Program distribution has a positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance. As stated by the government that the Small Businnes Loan Program program is aimed at improving people's welfare. Therefore, it is recommended that the distribution of Small Businnes Loan Program by the Bank always be improved. Keywords : Distribution Effectiveness, Small Businnes Loan Program, Bank Performance

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect of giving additional employee income (TPP) to increase the level of discipline and employee performance at the Maluhu Sub-District Office in Tenggarong District.The problem is that there are quite a lot of employees who are diligent in being absent in the morning but one hour after that the employee can go straight out of the office and come back one hour later before being absent home in the afternoon. As for discipline in terms of the effectiveness of the use of work time which should not have experienced a significant increase or change. Employees of the Maluhu Urban Village Office are absent only to pursue or fulfill incentive payment requirements.This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample used was 24 people. The analysis tool uses 2 linear dependent paradigm regression, with hypothesis testing using the t test and correlation.The results of TPP t count with work discipline is 6.485 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 6.485> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the first hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.The results of TPP t count with employee performance is 4.012 while t table with degrees of freedom at the level of 5% (a = 0.05), amounting to 1.717 which means (t count 4.012> t table 1.717). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Thus the second hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted because it proved the truth.From the results of the comparison of the second partial correlation of the Y variable above, it can be seen that the correlation value between the variables of TPP money and work discipline is more than the value of TPP money with a performance of 0.810 versus 0.650. So that it can be concluded that giving TPP money so far to employees of the Maluhu Village Office in Tenggarong is far more able to have a dominant influence on work discipline than on performance improvement. Abstract:Our highly perceived form of word is the distance that reads these small traders fret. If retail business grows year by year in the absence of prevailing regulations then it is with conventional market which will also reduce revenue from the conventional market itself, because the adjacent distance is certainly cheaper than traditional market. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze comparison of consumer perception about store atmosphere in modern retail (Indomaret) and conventional retail (Toko Dedy). The data used is primary data. This research method using purposive sampling, with the terms and conditions applicable. Samples studied were 91 respondents. Number of variables studied is 1 ie store atmosphere with 4 indicators. In this research using Paired Sample T-Test analysis by comparing the average value in modern retail (Indomaret) and conventional retail (Toko Dedy). From the results of the study stated that the first hypothesis statement in this study which states "that there are significant differences in consumer perceptions of store atmosphere in modern retail and conventional retail" received. This is reinforced by the result of Paired Sample T-Test obtained by tcount equal to 37,919 which is bigger than ttable that is 1,9867 with probability (Sig.) 0.000 which is also smaller than 0,05. Then a statement from the second hypothesis stating that "the difference in consumer perception of store atmosphere in modern retail is more dominant than conventional retail" is accepted. It is proved by comparison result of mean value of Paired Sample Statistics obtained by mean value in modern retail (indomaret) equal to 58,5275 while mean value in conventional retail (Toko Dedy) is smaller that is equal to 29,7692. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Modern Retail, Conventional Retail.

Abstract:Customer satisfaction has become a very important issue, and many companies invest resources on consumers and continually strive to find information on how to improve customer satisfaction. One way to do manager in defending consumers and attract new customers by using servicescape theory and coupled with quality service Employers use the service environment as a way to demonstrate the qualities of its business, with the aim to make customers feel satisfied with the quality and service provided to consumers. The object of this research was conducted at the edges Spot Pandan Tenggarong. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence servicescape influence on consumer satisfaction and quality of service for customer satisfaction at Rumah Makan Tepian Pandan Tenggarong Sample research data amounted to 80 people were taken randomly with traffic levels more than once. Data were analyzed with the help of SmartPLS application to determine the relationship of each partial latent variables. Abstract:This study examines aspects that contribute to the innovation capability of the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Mahakam where the antecedent variable is human intellectual property originating from intellectual capital or intelligence capital with intervening organizational learning variables. The object of research in this study was the Regional Water Supply Company Tirta Mahakam Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is the method of structural equation modeling. The findings show that there is a significant influence of organizational learning on innovations capability. While the second finding shows that intellectual capital is not capable of influencing innovations capability. Keywords : Innovation capability, intellectual capital dan organizational learning

Abstract:PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade polywood that located in the Yos Sudarso street, Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The problem of compensation where employees feel that during the last two years have never experienced a raise in salary but the ranks of leaders expreinced a salary increase every six months, overtime pay perceived by employees inadequate and not in accordance with overtime hours performed by employees and employee facilities perceived employee has not been able to help employees complete their work within the given deadline.The purpose of this study is to determine, Does Compensation and Work Climate have a simulataneous influence on Spirit At Work At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City, to know, Is The Compensation and Working Climate has Partially influence on Employee Spirit Work At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City.The total population in this study amounted to 1283 people and the sample used amounted to 93 people. Analyzer in this research is T Test and F Test.The results of F test calculation (simultaneous / joint correlation), compensation variable (X1) and work climate (X2) and simultaneously affect pirit At Work, “That, Compensation and Work Climate Variables have a simultaneous influence on Employee Morale At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Loa Kulu City†Is accepted and proven to be true.From both result of partial correlation test seen the biggest compensation variable compared to work climate variable, so that compensation variable is the most dominant variable affecting morale. From the description, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis in this study “That, Variable Compensation is the most dominant influence on Job Morrum At PT. As for sold food and beverage Angkringan Batang Batu like fried rice, noodles fry, cheese banana and still many again and also assorted beverage and juice of sop fruit which enthused many consumer to relax nighttime. Intention of this research is to know how big influence of Atmosphere variable of Angkringan, Quality of Product and Image (Image) influencing Satisfaction Of Consumer Angkringan Batang Batu Tenggarong and know most dominant influence of independent variable which influence Satisfaction Of Consumer Angkringan Batang Batu Tenggarong. In data analysis, as according to research object where variable suspected more than one, hence analysis utilized for the verification of hypothesis in this research quantitative analysis with model of Multiple Regresi. Abstract :This research is meant to find out the influence of shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement to the impulse buying behavior. The population is the customers who have ever purchased clothes at Kanakbini Boutique Tenggarong. The sample collection technique has been done by using sampling purposive and 75 people have been selected as samples. The analysis has been done by using multiple linear regressions. The result of the research shows that shopping lifestyle have influence to the impulse buying of the fashion product at Kanakbini Boutique. Partially, Fashion Involvement has no significant effect to Impulse buying behavior of Kanakbini Boutique . Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the impulse buying is shopping lifestyle because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. The analysis using the coefficient of determination shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement simultaneously variable influence on impulsive buying by 29.3 % while the remaining 70.7% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as quality of service, brand, discount, display, hedonic shopping value, etc.Keywords: Impulse Buying Behaviour, Fashion Involvement, Shopping Lifestyle

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to know the device profile flower village So subdistrict of Muara Kaman Kutai Kartanegara Regency and to know the influence of educational level on performance of devices flower village So Sub Muara Kaman District Kukar.The value t calculate amounted to 5.51 while theoretical value t with the degrees of freedom (the degree of the freedom) to the respondents amounted to 46 with the calculation rules (n-2/46-2 = 44) at the 5% level (α = 0.05) is 1.680230 or 1.68 1.68 > 5.51 meaning. Thus the hypothesis put forward, namely: that the level of education affects the performance of the device so the flower village sub district of Kutai Kartanegara Regency Muara Kaman is acceptable because it has been proven to be true.Keywords: Level Of Education, The Performance Of The Device Of The Village

The data used during this study was January 2018.Based on the results of research that researchers have done to prove the hypothesis, which previously has been supported by the description on the background, the formulation of the problem and the basic theory that has been the authors pointed out the following will be submitted things as follows:The optimal order amount (EOQ) at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: EOQ Cement Three Wheels as much as 256 Zak.The optimal amount of Safety Stock at Tamara Building Shop in Mangkurawang Tenggarong is: Three-Wheel Cement Safety Supplies of 36 Zak.The optimal ordering point (ROP) at Tamara Building Shop is: ROP Cement Three Wheels at the time of the remaining inventory 89 Zak.The optimal ordering frequency at Tamara Building Shop in MangkurawangTenggarong, is: Frequency of booking three cement wheels as much as 6 times a month, with the distance between orders 5 days. Keywords: EOQ, reorder point, safety stock, order frequency

Study of the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is an analysis using yurisis normative approach. The purpose of this study was to Know and analyze the successful implementation of ADD and analyze the impact of ADD to the improvement of public infrastructure, employment and empowerment of communities and village institutions. The results showed that the Quality of Planning , Implementation, Control Activities, Accountability Reporting is good and Respondents from LPM is not a good understanding of the regulations or policies associated with ADD and ADD are indicators of success can not be measured.

Abstract :The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Objects in this study are work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The research was conducted at Grand Fatma Hotel Tengarong. The population in this research is 48 employees with sampling using census approach. The data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is, partially, work motivation and job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to organizational commitment. The analysis using the coefficient of determination work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously variable influence on organizational commitment by 75.2 % while the remaining 24.8 % is the influence of other variables not examined in this study such as compensation and work competition. Meanwhile, the variable which has dominant influence to the organizational commitment is job satisfaction because its partial coefficient determination is the biggest when it is compared to other variables. Keywords: work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract:The establishment of the village of Kedang Ipil as tourist village could not be separated from the presence of natural attractions in the form of Kandua Raya Waterfall that often become a destination vacation or recreation for the surrounding communities and region in particular communities of East kalimantan. This research is useful for manager or as reference for related party interested in the preparation of Kandua Raya tourism development. Data obtained either the primary data, secondary data and ancillary data are analyzed in a descriptive, quantitative and qualitative. The strategy of the development of nature tourism is in the SWOT analysis to maximize the strength and opportunities of development activities towards local communities, yet simultaneously also can minimize weakness and threats that are contained in it. Knowledge of the economic value of natural resources and the environment is important, both for the managers, the public, as well as the related agencies. The support of the relevant agencies and the positive attitude of the public is indispensable. Moreover, the road to accessibility to the site is still difficult. Need to repair the road Infrastructure. However, institutions involved and the determination of responsibility does not match the task.Keywords: Environment, waterfall, tourism

Analisis Pendapatan Bersih Usaha Depot Air Minum Isi Ulang Agian Di Tenggarong

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the amount of net income received by the Agian Water Refill Drinking business in Tenggarong between the researchers and companies.The data used are gross income, labor costs, operational costs and overhead costs for 2016 and 2017. The analytical tool used is quantitative analysis of cost accounting and profitability methods.Based on the results of research on the Water Depot for Agian refill in Tenggarong, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. In 2016 net profit margin obtained by Drinking Water Depot Agian refill for the researcher version was 35.79% and in the company version 40.90% with a difference of 5.11%. In 2017 both the researcher and company versions experienced a decline in value of 30.68% and 35.98% for the company version.2. In 2016 Total Assets Turnover produced by Drinking Water Depots by the researcher version of Agian refills is 1.35 times and the company version is 1.35 times or both calculations are the same. In 2017 the researchers version of the total assets turnover was 1.03 times and the company version 1.03 aka the same but the second value of this calculation decreased when compared to 2016.3. In 2016 Earning Power produced by Drinking Water Depot Agian refills the researcher version 49.02% and company version 56.01% with a difference of 6.99%. In 2017 the researcher version value was 32.20% and the company version was 37.75%, or there was a 173% decrease compared to Earning Power produced in 2016.4. In 2016 the Return On Investment (ROI) generated by the Drinking Water Depot Agian refills the researcher's version of 48.53% and the company version 55.45% with a difference of 7%. In 2017 the researcher version of the Return On Investment (ROI) value was 31.87% and the company version was 37.38%. From this value the two calculation versions in 2017 still experience a decline in value compared to 2016.5. In 2011 the Return On Equity produced by Drinking Water Depots by the researcher version of Agian refills was 72.84% and the company's version yield was 83.24%. For the 2017 version the researcher version is 37.59% and the entrepreneur's version is 44.07% or when compared the results of 2017 are still lower than in 2016.6. Based on the description, and see the results of the calculation, it can be concluded that the results of the calculation of the company's version of the analysis there are striking differences or still higher than the version of the researcher so that the hypothesis proposed earlier was accepted because it proved the truth. Keywords: Net Income

Nowdays, BMT not just finance entitas but growing as shariah finance entitas. Its mean BMT have more power to growing. Aspecially implementation accounting standars in sharia. In fact not many finance sharia institution using a PSAK. The purpose of this study was to determine wheater accounting standars play a role in the management of the financial statements BMT Ummat Mandiri Balikpapan.The study used a qualitative descriptive research. For data collection is done by techiques of documentation and interview techniques. The data used is BMT Ummat Mandiri Fincancial Statement consisting of balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement with the 2011-2013. This study uses two variables consisting of PSAK 101 independent variables and the dependent variable is the financial statements. This study was done by analyzing the financial statements of the BMT Ummat Mandiri whether in accordance with PSAK 101 or not.The result of this study show the presentation of financial statements BMT Ummat Mandiri complete the take because it does not present all the components of the financial statements are in PSAK 101, but for the presentation of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement presented in accordance with PSAK 101. Method of recording recognition of the financial statement have been prepared on BMT Ummat Mandiri accrual basic, for the calculation of income available for the result are presented using the cash basis.Keyword : BMT Ummat Mandiri, Implemetation PSAK 101, finance shariah

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine and assess the level of cash turnover, accounts receivable and inventories in Pak Suhaimi's diamond business in Tenggarong for the period of 2016 - 2018.The average cash generated by Pak Suhaimi's Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 was Rp. 23,777,050, in 2017 is Rp. 28,400,000 increased by Rp. 4,622,950 (19.4%) and average cash in 2018 amounting to Rp. 26,000,000 or decreased by Rp. 2,400,000 (8.4%). Cash turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 7.62, in 2017 decreased by 7.28 times and cash turnover in 2018 amounted to 6.63 times or decreased by 0.65 times. The cash turnover period generated in 2016 for 47 days, in 2017 is 49 days and the cash turnover period in 2018 is 54 days or 5 days longer.The average receivables generated at the Pak Suhaimi Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 amounted to Rp. 23,830,000, in 2017 Rp. 36,805,000 or an increase of Rp. 12,975,000 (54.4%) and the average receivables in 2018 were Rp. 34,125,000 or decreased by Rp. 2,680,000 (7.2%) Receivables turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 7.60, in 2017 amounted to 5.61 times and accounts receivable turnover in 2018 was down by 5.05 times or decreased by 0.56 times. Receivables turnover period generated in 2016 for 47 days, in 2017 amounted to 64 days and receivables turnover in 2017 amounted to 71 days or 7 days later.The average inventory produced by Pak Suhaimi's Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2016 was Rp. 26,000,000, in 2017 in the amount of Rp. 21,550,000 or down Rp. 4,450,000 (17.1%) and the average inventory in 2018 of Rp. 24,850,000 or increase to Rp. 3,300,000 (15.3%). Inventory turnover generated in 2016 amounted to 6.97, in 2017 amounted to 9.59 times and inventory turnover in 2018 amounted to 6.94 times or decreased by 2.65 times. Inventory turnover period generated in 2016 for 52 days, in 2017 amounted to 38 days and inventory turnover period in 2018 amounted to 52 days or no later than 14 daysBased on the analysis and discussion above, we can see that cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover of Pak Suhaimi Diamond Business in Tenggarong in 2018 decreased when compared with the previous year 2017 and 2016. Absteract:In this study the object of research to be studied is the Kerupuk Rambak . Business which is a business the produks crackers, and sell crackers at addres JL: Bontang RT.04 Kel: Maluhu Kec: Tenggarong Kab: Kutai Kartanegara.With the owner Mr Mugiono, this research was made with the aim to know, whether variable product quality and image have an influence an consumer satisfaction at Kerupuk Rambak in new Maluhu village and to know among independent variable which variable is the most dominan influence on consumen satisfaction at Kerupuk Rambak.Based on the above table it can be conclu ded that the product quality and image variables simultaneously affect the consumer satisfaction. Based on the descriptions it can be concluded thet the first hypothesis peroposed states it is suspected that the product quality and image variables simultaneously affect the consumer satisfaction on Kerupuk Rambak business in new Maluhu village accepted and peroven tobe terue.From the three results of partial correlation test seen the variable value of product quality is the greatest influence than the image variable, so that the variable of product quality is the most dominant variable influencing the consumer satisfaction . From this description it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study it is suspected that product quality X1, dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at the blessed Kerupuk Rambak in new Maluhu village is accepted and peroven to be terue.
