Abstract

Analysis result has proven there is the effect and relation between two variables which are really strong, where incentive independent variable (X) and employees’ work spirit dependent variable (Y), From simple regression result can be known there is addition from each person or more than one as much: 0.166200466 (Y) +0.940442890 (X) = 1,106643356. Hopefully, not only the incentive distribution but also necessary to think about the other form which also can improve the spirit of the workers to be better at work, so that the working result that resulted will be better as well.
